Week 1 Weigh In Results

I tend to break the cardinal rule of dieting, which is I weigh myself everyday.  I can’t help it when I wake up and I have lost weight that day I feel amazing.  On the other hand if I somehow gained two pounds overnight (like I did one day this week) I obsess over it.  So I see where they are coming from.  In the end though my starting weight was 270.6 lbs. and my weight today was 265.4, so I lost 5.2 lbs.  Not great,but at least it’s something.  Now on to week 2.
